MATERIALS AND METHOD

CARDBOARD

A unique formula of paper pulp and plant based glue are used to create a completely recyclable body form. Exclusive to IA Hardware, this is the mannequin of the future. Currently available to select customers - please contact us to discuss partnering.

HDPE

Whilst still being moulded, HDPE is a much harder-wearing material - nearly indestructible. IA Hardware produces these mannequins with part virgin, part post-consumer waste material.

FIBERGLASS

Traditional mannequin production involves the mounding of body shapes and positions from fibreglass, which is then finished with a select coating.

FABRIC

Using a fibreglass mould, a fabric wrap is added to provide a more traditional tailored mannequin appearance. Often complimented with solid timber arms and heads, these torsos and mannequins continue to be extremely popular.
