IA Hardware Director
With over 20 years experience developing retail internationally, Dan’s understanding of the process as well as the detail is an asset to our clients. With a clear strategic view of how to execute and what it takes to streamline that process and ensure commercial success, Dan is always seeking new ways to improve, evolve and innovate.
MARIA COUTINHO
General Manager
Working with our clients to achieve real commercial outcomes is at the core of Maria’s role. With a focus on partnerships that drive value Maria’s background in finance and expertise in managing procurement within capital constraints continues to make her a vital component of the IA team and our clients resources.
MICHAEL DONALD
Operational Manager
From order placement to delivery and post delivery service, Michael guides our clients through the process.
With internationally experience , working with a diverse client group, Michael simplifies the often complicated world of procurement.
Multimedia Specialist
CAMILA SCHALSCHA
Camila brings a design background (Graphic Design) to a broad range of client services, working with the team across the procurement cycle. Design is problem solving and she ensures our clients always have answers, whilst also making our brand clear and defined.
WILLIAM ALE
Warehouse Operator
Responsible for the movement of goods, William covers the due diligence required to pick, pack and ship the right goods on time. Together with a continual improvement program on an ever changing range of stored goods, and a relentless focus on OH&S, project outcomes are a direct result of his passion.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Material selection - key to any project is the sourcing and selecting materials. Across our supplier base we maintain a continually evolving catalogue of sustainable options.
Fixture recycling - together with our manufacturing partners in Asia we are driving fixture recycling and repurposing programs.
Carbon offset shipping - shipping doesn’t have to be a drawback of offshore production. Conscious decisions around who we transport goods with are being continually challenged.
Efficient design - how fixtures and joinery are designed directly relates to shipping volume and weight. Our impact on shipping volumes directly reduces the carbon footprint of a product.
3D Printing - IA Hardware are currently 3D Printing custom mannequin forms, a process that results in near zero waste and customised products. The process also allows for a high level of post consumer waste to be employed in the printed material.
SOCIAL
Anti bribery and corruption - IA Hardware only works with suppliers and clients that subscribe to global standards.
